This is your venue guide for everything you need to know about matches held at the stadium throughout the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024.

Ticketing

The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup is a digitally ticketed event, and your tickets can be accessed using the official ‘T20WC Tickets‘ app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Here’s how to access your tickets after downloading the app:

1. Register your details in the app
2. Download your ticket(s) ahead of the match
3. Scan your tickets(s) to enter the venue

If you have purchased tickets for family members or friends, you can easily transfer them through the app. Simply ensure that each member of your group has the app downloaded and their details registered to receive the transferred tickets.

If you have selected to receive your tickets via the Print-at-Home method, please follow the below steps to access:

1. Head to tickets.t20worldcup.com
2. In the top right of the page, click to log into your account.
3. Log into your ICC Family account (the same account used at the time of purchase).
4. Under the ‘Tickets‘ header, select ‘Your Tickets‘.
5. Your Print-at-Home tickets are available for download!

Getting to the Ground

Sir Vivian Richards Stadium is about 15 to 20 minutes drive from the capital city St. John’s and the V.C. Bird International Airport.

There are public busses and taxis available at the East Bush Station in St. John’s direct to the stadium.

If you are renting, parling facilities will be available around the stadium. Or alternatively, contact your hotel for shuttle services.

Entry Times

Gates will open two hours before the first ball of all matches hosted at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, allowing you ample time to arrive,and make your way into the stadium. Timings for all matches will be:

Morning:

• Gates Open: 8:30am (AST)
• First Ball: 10:30am (AST)

Afternoon:

• Gates Open: 11:00am / 1:00pm (AST)
• First Ball: 1:00pm / 3:00pm (AST)

Evening:

• Gates Open: 5:30pm (AST)
• First Ball: 7:30pm (AST)

We recommend arriving early to avoid any potential queues into the stadium or food and beverage outlets just before the start of the match.

The box office at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium provides assistance should you have any ticket-related inquiries or issues, or are looking to purchase a ticket on match day!

You’ll find a box office conveniently located at the South Gate at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium. Whether you need to resolve ticketing concerns or require assistance with entry, look for the designated office to receive prompt support from stadium staff.

Food and Beverages

Food vendors will be available around the Sir Vivian Stadium at the Mound on the eastern section between the North and Sound Stand and also on the grass between the South Stand and Party Stand area.

The food options include: local lobster prepared on the spot!

Other local dishes include ducana and saltfish (cod); or fungi and pepperpot and jerk chicken**.**

There will also be servings of fast food including chicken, fish and hamburgers, pizza, fried and BBQ chicken.
