I want to dump my jealous friend

My best friend is jealous of me. I am saying this because she always wants what I have.

She combs her hair the same way I do and everything I indulge in she wants to do. I am prettier than her and sexier than her. Actually, she’s kind of ugly but we have been friends since kindergarten.

In fact, all my milkshake brings all the boys to the yard. When we go out men would always look at me and not her.

I guess that’s why she is jealous but I really want to dump her as a friend but I don’t know how to do it. She may feel bad.

But honestly, I don’t think I need her around because of that jealousy thing.

I’m sorry to rain on your parade but perhaps “dumping” your friend is the best thing you can do for HER.

I don’t think anyone needs to have a self-centered, conceited, vein friend like you. Dump her quickly so she can be associated with a real person.

I feel disturbed that someone can be so arrogant in a time when there’s so much evidence that our flesh means nothing.

When people have best friends that’s no way to look down on them. You should appreciate that your friend wants to look like you sometimes or like the things you like.

The more I read your letter, the more it dawns on me that you might actually be the ugly one. Remember the old adage “beauty is skin deep”.
