The Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment has embarked upon a National Biannual Cleanup Program in preparation for the hurricane season.
All citizens and residents of Antigua and Barbuda are encouraged to participate in this cleanup effort. This event will run from 2-3 June 2018, commencing from 5:30 am to 5:30 pm.
On June 2nd the focus will be on coastal marine areas and offshore islands while June 3rd will be in the communities.
The Ministry is, therefore, requesting slots on various radio stations in order to promote this event and looks forward to your usual cooperation in this important initiative.
