The man was shot after a long stand-off with police.

Scores of residents were outraged over the manner in which a Booby Alley resident was extracted from his home by police, who allegedly showed up with a warrant for the occupants to vacate the premises, in order for the house to be demolished as part of government’s urban renewal plan for the area.

  7. The police demolishing property. Is the house and land owned by the individual? If the man owned the property did Gaston provide him with land to move the house to? Or was he paid for property. The house maybe a plywood house but that’s all poor people can afford. You can’t mash down a man’s house and put him on the street.
