You so right. People should go visit those that are already built and check them out also talk with those who have bought other houses before you throw your money down a hole and have regrets.
R those houses affordable for lower income citizens or just like the govt other housing projects, they are available for people with deep pockets and certain job titles
And people can’t get a piece a government land , that working for the government many years, how we going to afford in this pandemic , politricks
trust me…government project houses are selling like hot bread and butter. People are making the sacrifices and are acquiring.
