The new homes, with prices starting at EC$180,000.00, are part of a comprehensive effort to meet the housing needs of the population.

The Bolans Development project aims to deliver over 70 houses upon completion, with families already beginning to move into their new residences.

Encouraged by the success of the Bolans Development, CHAPA (Central Housing and Planning Authority) is set to embark on a similar project in the East, near Glanvilles, at Syngyn.

This expansion signifies the government’s dedication to enhancing housing accessibility across various regions of the country, ensuring that citizens have access to quality and affordable housing options.

  1. I welcome this new construction initiative, and hopefully these “affordable” homes as promised will not only be completed on time, but due diligence in theses new builds will be monitored, so that the occupants will be ever so proud to live in them.

An encouraging and heartening MANIFESTO promise …

  2. Why the rush to build houses in the wanna hold constituencies? You know how many years as an Antiguan, degreed civil servant I applied to CHAPA for government land that I can pay for cash? I will watch the cookies crumble and take my business overseas. People who cannot manage deposits are getting to buy land and moreso, people from outside of Antigua. Not sucking anyone’s butt to spend my money
