High Court to Resolve Leadership Dispute Within United Taxi Company

3

A high court judge will hear a case today involving a leadership dispute within the United Taxi Company (UTC).

After an election involving 49 of 91 members, both Henley Daniel and Ian Joseph claim to be the legitimately elected president.

The conflict stems from internal divisions, with over half the members petitioning last year to remove the previous executive, led by Daniel, accusing it of creating a hostile environment.

Despite initial attempts by the Cabinet to mediate, they later withdrew from involvement.
