  2. Antigua and Barbuda and the Caribbean has lost a giant. Henderson Bass death pains me deeply. I have known him personally for many years. I am yet to meet a more ethical, professional and independent minded person like Mr. Bass. I will miss his candid guidance and counsel. He was passionate about rule of law, press freedom, sports and labour rights.
    His family and Antigua and Barbuda have lost a man who embodied all that Antigua and Barbuda deeply yearns for namely, common decency, compassion, meritocracy, love, humility, fairness, justice and professionalism.
    My heartfelt condolences to his family and may he rest in peace.
