The hearing initially scheduled for Tuesday in Traffic Court has been postponed to June 4.
Vincent-Urlwin is accused of driving a Jeep Wrangler that collided with Officer Robert Dyer’s motorcycle on September 4, resulting in Dyer’s death.
The collision occurred at 11:20 am on the Sir Sydney Walling Highway, with Dyer traveling east to west and the Jeep heading in the opposite direction.

Allegedly, the defendant made a right turn into Luna Park and collided with Dyer, who had just overtaken some vehicles.
If the case moves to the High Court, Vincent-Urlwin could face up to five years in prison if convicted.
