Health Officials Reiterate That There Are No Suspected Cases Of The Virus In Antigua & Barbuda

The Ministry continues to exercise precautionary measures to mitigate any threat from the novel Coronavirus.

Adhering to standard practice and protocols, there are currently four travellers who returned from China in quarantine. All travellers are well and are cooperating with health officials.

The Ministry continues to appeal to the public to practice good hand hygiene and to sanitize their personal space. All handles and handheld devices require regular sanitization.

The Ministry wishes to reiterate that there are no suspected cases of novel Coronavirus within our twin island state.

The Ministry of Health will continue to update the public on all developments.

  1. Well only Observer could be so irresponsible to put out unconfirmed information as news. And in doing so damage our tourism brand. Who knows how many tourists have canceled their bookings.
