Josiah will leverage his unique expertise towards developing a unit specialized in providing representation for Management and Middle Management along with Confidential Employees. This new endeavor forms part of the Union’s commitment to remain innovative and responsive to the needs of an evolving workforce.
Josiah describes the ABWU as a “progressive, forward thinking organization.” He adds that “Coming home again is giving me an opportunity to share my experience in assisting the Union to continue its forward march in giving quality representation to all levels of our workforce.” Josiah hopes to “examine and bring into being new opportunities in building partnerships through cooperatives and other such ventures, where membership in the union will have its privilege in earning and spending.”
