Happy Tourist grateful for return of lost phone

Dear Editor,

Happy Tourist – I’ve been visiting for 40 years – I arrived in Antigua after a long flight and very tired. Dropped our cases and went to Epicurean.

 

I missed my mobile phone but thought it was in the car.

 

When we got back to the car a gentleman was waiting in his car and asked if I had dropped my phone.

 

He had my iPhone in his hand.

 

How wonderful that Antiguans are so honest.

 

I am so grateful to this man. He had a gorgeous little white dog on his lap and his young boy in the car.

 

I am going to give some money to Antigua dog charity to thank him.
What an upstanding gentleman this man is – thank you – I hope this message finds you.
