Guyana police in search of married man who allegedly married someone else

The Guyana Police Force has issued a wanted bulletin for Andrew Simon who they want to question in relation to bigamy, meaning that he allegedly committed the offence of marrying someone while already married to another person.

Police said the crime was committed 18 days ago, on December 20, 2021.

Simon is said to be 55-years-old and resides at Cemetery Road, Wortmanville, Georgetown

Anyone with information that may lead to the arrest of Andrew Simon is asked to contact the police on telephone numbers 227-2603, 226-6978, 226-6221, 227-1149, 225-8196, 268-2328, 268-2298/2222, 226-7065, 911 or the nearest police station.

All information will be treated with the strictest confidence, police assured.

  1. maby if men in the west are allowed to have more than one wife, as done in Africa and some other places, there would not be any need to commit bigamy. Lol
