The group, Together We Must (TWM) today congratulated MP Maria Browne on becoming the youngest parliamentarian in our nation’s history.
“We applaud all of the women who stood forward as candidates, stood up as political party leaders and stood out as activist and leaders in the electoral process,” TWM said in a statement.
“We encourage the women and girls of Antigua and Barbuda to remain/become actively involved in nation building through the electoral process and advocating for participatory democracy,” it added.
Together We Must (TWM) is non-political and non-sectarian in all of its relationships. It is a non-profit organization registered in Antigua and Barbuda.
