  1. A the government cause dis dem jus na want nothing for the youths these days think about why the man do wa he do ayu na see life hard and it not gonna end there

  2. Not a good move .Instead of shooting him they could’ve shot her . Give them what they want to take and deal with them later because it’s not worth your life if you’re dead . Sometimes these things can turn deadly in a second .

  3. Whilst I agree with capital punishment for the most hideous crimes, I think like in prisonment is sufficient in Antigua. As a man who has spent a few hours in st johns cells (former hanging cells) for a minor motoring offense, any man that becomes repeatedly institutionalized here should be in a mental hospital.

  4. I fear for the citizens of Antigua when these two persons would be released back into society. Attempted murder is no joke. To shoot and injure a man is a very serious thing. Unfortunately in Antigua we have it as a misdemeanor offense and the perpetrators would be back out quickly.

Also having an illegal firearm is a very serious offence by itself. People use illegal firearms to murder. Most of the murders in Antigua and the Caribbean are done by illegal firearms. Illegal firearms are not cheap either so these persons must be resourceful.
