His exemplary leadership and service also earned him the prestigious UWI Pelican Awardee recognition and Doctor of Science Degree, highlighting his profound impact on the university community.
During the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, Sir Rodney Williams played a pivotal role by creating impactful videos to launch fundraising initiatives, aimed at supporting students and enhancing educational opportunities. Additionally, his representation at Global Campus accreditation assessment and participation in The UWI Top Tier Talks demonstrated his commitment to ensuring the highest standards of education and institutional excellence.
