Governor General His Excellency Sir Rodney Williams and Lady Williams inducted as Honourary Lions

At a brief ceremony at Government House, Their Excellencies, Governor General of Antigua and Barbuda Sir Rodney Williams and Lady Williams were inducted as Honourary Lions.
Outgoing Chairman, Mr. Franklin Maynard, accompanied by a number of executive members presented Their Excellencies with a pin and a Lion’s vest.
His Excellency commended the President and Lion’s Club as a whole for their charitable work, particularly during these difficult times brought on by the COVID 19 pandemic.
The Lion’s Club of Antigua is one of over thirty organizations which fall under the Patronage of the Governor General and Lady Williams

  1. This guy should be doing real work for the country instead of going around and collecting dumb awards. The organizations that give this guy awards are failing to realize that they are giving awards to a guy that is earning a salary from our government and supposed to be doing actual work to improve the country, not to just improve the amount of personal awards he has.
