Public Consultations to Town-hall and Community Meetings should be a MUST, even to putting the issue to a vote on the ballot.
We need Mid Term Elections to address these issues publicly, have them placed on a ballot, and decided at the ballot box!
All are affected, by these types of large scale developments.
