The Government has determined that it would prepare for the eventuality of families running-out of money and necessaries through providing food vouchers.
It has been agreed to institute a voucher system that would allow for destitute families only—i.e., families in absolute need, headed by single mothers, to receive food vouchers of a fixed value to be used in participating supermarkets and grocery stores, for the purchase of food and necessaries.
According to Chief of Staff Lionel Hurst, the mechanism for implementing this proposal is in the planning stages, and the date of its implementation will not likely be until late April 2020.

Its like you have a crazy scampish uncle who comes to the family gatherins, everybody laughs when he says weird stuff. He is not good with numbers exaggerates his accomplishments but everyone likes him “life of the party” then comes a family crisis where steady apathetic common sense leadership is needed. You then realized “fun” uncle is not so useful after all. That’s when you wished uncle Harold was around.
