Prime Minister Gaston Browne says the government has created a dedicated hotline to assist individuals awaiting retroactive payments.
Speaking on his weekly Browne and Browne radio programme, Browne said the measure is intended to identify and resolve outstanding cases more efficiently.
“We have established a hotline to deal with those who have not yet received their retroactive payments,” he said.
The initiative forms part of broader efforts to clear outstanding government obligations, with Browne indicating that authorities are working to ensure all eligible individuals are paid.
The update comes as the administration moves to address delays affecting public sector workers and other beneficiaries.

Wait this is laughable! The same Gaston that curse the small man and don’t pay them have a hotline number to election for the contractors to get paid? They create the situation then come with the solutions.
Groceries are going to go up anyways because of the war . Right now i try to grow my own food

Three different back pay that they say I’m Eligible for since I was still in the service up to 2019 and I still can’t see anything that was to be given from 2022, 2024 and 2025…………As I told them before at treasury, “They’re just waiting for us to die so they don’t have to give us anything.” Why must we work so hard in this country just to be begging for the money you worked so hard for? RIDICULOUS!!!
I’ve worked @ The ministry oTourism from 16.06.08 to 19.03.19.I had never gotten any form of back pay during &after my my years of employment.
