  1. The Post Office is a subsidiary of the Ministry of Finance. If you think the operation of the post office during the last 10 years has been utterly dismal with repeated outages and consistently short hours and poor service you must look to the responsible Minister. If your registered mail has mysteriously failed to arrive not just once but over and over you are not alone. How does a parcel be tracked all the way to Arrived at Destination and suddenly be designated as DESTROYED. Why does it take the post office 8 weeks to issue a registered parcel ticket after the tracking shows that it landed in Antigua weeks and weeks ago. This is not a government of the people. It is a pathetic cabal of greedy and deceptive incompetents posing as cabinet ministers.
