Twenty-six of the Twenty Seven Health Centers and Community Clinics across the twin-island state will be outfitted with FREE WiFi Services before the week is over.
This is according to the focal point for the USAID ASSIST Project in the Ministry of Health, Dr Belle Jarvis who announced that by Thursday, all clinics and health centres across the nation with the exception of one will be fully functional with WiFi Internet through a one year grant from USAID ASSIST.
Dr Belle Jarvis also declared that as of Monday, June 3rd, the newly renovated Parham Clinic was the very first health facility to have benefited from the program as APUA Technicians installed the first wireless router earlier today.

High Court Justice Mario Michel has issued a warning to calypsonians to avoid using lyrics that negatively impute the character of an individual, since they do not have immunity from a lawsuit.
The adjudicator’s remarks were contained in a judgment, in which he ordered calypsonian Eugene “Kaseba” Silcott to pay $11,500 in damages and other prescribed costs to Telecommunications and Broadcasting Minister Dr EDMOND MANSOOR, who sued him for defaming him in his song called Divine Intervention.
