Authorities have charged the three men caught with two guns, ammunition, and masks in their vehicle last Wednesday.
The suspects, 24-year-old Judah Francis from Potters Village, 24-year-old Devonte Burton of Paynters, and 22-year-old Jahquan Davis from Skerrits Pasture, were traveling in a grey Toyota Vitz when they were stopped by a joint police-military team near the Factory playfield.
Police believe this operation prevented imminent criminal activities.
The suspects are expected to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
