Four females – including a nine-year-old – allege they were sexually assaulted this week; police investigations underway

REAL NEWS –  Law-enforcement officials are investigating at least four allegations of sexual assault on females that occurred this week, with the youngest alleged victim being only nine years-old.   

Sources say the child was indecently assaulted by a masked man.   

It is alleged that he took the girl to a private location in the Rural West constituency and touched her chest inappropriately.  

The unknown man is alleged to have approached the child after she left school, sometime after 3 p.m.  

Reportedly, he held her by the hand, covered her mouth, and took her to the location, where he kissed her on the cheek and touched her improperly.   

This incident reportedly occurred on Thursday, September 28. It is alleged that the man was dressed in a red shirt and black pants and wore a mask that covered his face.  

The child later reported the matter to her mother, who made a complaint to the Police.  Meanwhile, the alleged rape of a 15-year-old girl is also being investigated.    

On Thursday, September 28, the alleged victim’s mother took her to the Special Victims Unit and reported that the teen had been raped by a known male.   

This offence reportedly occurred between July 1 and 31.    

The teenager has already given the Police certain information and a statement has been taken from her.    

In addition, officers are looking into a sexual assault involving a 14- year-old girl, whose mother reported that she had been sexually assaulted by a known male about two weeks ago.   

Finally, on September 22, an adult female complained to the Police that she had been indecently assaulted by a known male, reportedly on September 14.  

The woman has already given the Police a statement on the incident.

    Something is going seriously wrong in the country right now and needs addressing now, not only by the Police Commissioner, but also our Prime Minister as well.

    THEY ARE PAID BIG MONEY TO ACT ON OUR BEHALF. SIMPLE!

    The females in Antigua needs reassuring and that something will be done by those in AUTHORITY to do so.

  4. You can make #Pepper_Spray and keep it in a spray bottle. At least, just don’t cower down and give in.

    Blend the hottest peppers you ca. find, with water! Strain the liquid through a t-shirt, add vinegar and keep in a spray bottle!
    Hot sauce nor pepper sauce is illegal.
    An old fashion Flit Pump works well too. Your aim is much better with a flit pump which can be doubled, as a weapon to defend yourself with.

  5. I do not know what to say to the victims. But I am here for you and would have already been there but for what is going on with a license I need that I will not begin working until I have that assurance.

    I pray you get the support you all need and I am truly sorry for what occurred.

    I pray the country get leaders that genuinely care for you, as I sat this as an experts with an advance degree in crime victim advocacy, assistance and research.

    I want to say separately to the police, the best strategy is opportunity reduction and while you are decreasing opportunities available to commit crimes, you also work on mentally programming young people and society at the same time to not consider criminality as an option.

    The program I recommended is the solutions. Anything that reduces opportunity and mental reprogramming is the option.

    Increasing penalties, as has been done throughout the years and decades has never ever stopped crimes or impact it in anyway. If you put theft to be punishable by death, you will see theft still occur after. Same thing with rape, murder and other crimes.

    So, what would be the smarter option to invest in? Opportunity reduction. Now that actually stops crimes.

    I am so sorry for the victims and I do hope my statements to stop others from being victimized as you help ease some of that pain you are suffering and never want your family and friends to ever feel.

  6. I would never down play race, but it is clear that this site is bent on misinformation and alarm. If one of the incident occured in July and one on September 14th , then all 4 obviously did not occur this week.
