Former Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer was involved in an accident moments ago. The accident occured close to Townhouse Megastore.
Spencer’s vehicle was hit by the driver of another vehicle exiting the Townhouse parking lot.
Reports from the scene say they former prime minister appears to be unhurt.

If drivers followed the signs correctly when entering or leaving Townhouse there wouldn’t be any problems.
I come across impatient drivers using the exit as entry and vice verser … NO WONDER ANTIGUA HAVE SO MANY UNNECESSARY ACCIDENTS.
And don’t get me started on drivers who overtake 3-4 vehicles at a time 😤
Mr. Spencer a gentleman. A statesman and respected leader, with high moral and ethical values. A role model. We should always show care and concern about his well being. Never disrespected and got into personal battles with citizens of this country and the people he lead. Thank GOD for looking over you sir. You are a good man .

Personally, I never liked this man, but I respect him as a former Prime Minister, and it is right that this incident be reported to the people. Thank you.
