Nedd was 59 years old.
He died at the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre after ailing for some time.
Nedd served as Secretary of the Barbuda Council between 2018 and 2022.
The death of the former Council Secretary has left his family distraught and members of the council with whom he worked in mourning.
