Flow Stands Firm With It’s Support For Antigua’s Carnival

Flow Antigua and Barbuda has again confirmed its support as a Diamond sponsor of Antigua’s Carnival, the Caribbean’s greatest summer festival.

 

The Company demonstrated this in a tangible way when Flow presented its sponsorship cheque to The Hon. Daryll Matthew, Minster responsible for Carnival at a presentation ceremony at its Woods Retail Store.  The presentation ceremony was twinned with the position selection of the Flow Party Monarch Finalists.

The over 30-year partnership continues to grow stronger. Flow has again committed a significant investment in cash and kind to ensure Carnival activities are well executed.

 

Flow’s Commercial Manager, Denise Dixon, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to the sponsorship at the handover ceremony.  “At Flow, we care about and continue to invest in education, sports and supporting the culture of the local communities where we operate and serve.  We therefore take pride in doing our part to help promote and encourage the cultural art forms, and creativity that goes into making Antigua’s Carnival one of the best in the region.”

 

Flow’s Marketing Manager, Shand Merchant, indicated that the company is once again the title sponsor of the Party Monarch Competition which is by far the Carnival season’s biggest and best attended show. The Flow Party Monarch competition normally attracts well over 10,000 patrons who are keen spectators to see Antigua and Barbuda’s premier Soca artistes display their talents.  He further remarked, “this partnership is in direct alignment with Flow’s commitment to excellence as the biggest and best telecommunications provider, and we are all looking forward to having the biggest and best Flow Party Monarch competition ever.

Minster Matthew thanked Flow for their efforts in helping to enhance the region’s largest summer festival when Antiguans and Barbudans celebrate emancipation in a full display and explosion of Mas, Music and Fantasy. “Your support for Antigua’s Carnival is not just support for what’s culturally ours, but it is also a tangible way of ensuring that the vital economic activity that comes with Carnival continues to grow each year” said Minister Matthew.  He also expressed his delight in the fact that Antigua’s carnival continues to be powered by Flow.

 

Antigua Carnival 2019, the region greatest summer festival, will be held from July 25th to August 6th.  As part of the Carnival Celebrations, Flow is giving customers a chance to “Win Wid Yuh Crew”.  Customers can form crews and win Tickets to the hottest fetes and parties while also enjoying Double Data Talk and Text for the entire carnival season.

  1. Can flow stop ripping off people, and stand firm behind their internet service. It is awful awful.
    All the money they ripping off from people they giving to carnival. Chups

    Flow people need better internet service. If you cannot provide for all, limit the service to a thresh hold amount. So that people can get what they pay for.
