Five new cases of COVID-19 recorded in Antigua

(Dashboard Update for April 1, 2021)

The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Mount St. John’s Medical Centre has revealed five (5) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Wednesday 31st March 2021 at 6pm.

These new cases were as a result of one hundred and eight (108) samples processed by MSJMC.

One (1) recovered case has been recorded bringing the total to eight hundred and fifty-eight (858).

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is one thousand one hundred and fifty-two (1152); which is inclusive of two hundred and sixty-six (266) active.

  2. The cases are lower now after the fear has increase as people rush to get their vaccines is that coincidence or we have people playing with numbers?
