A man will be sentenced on June 7 after pleading guilty to four charges of incest with his

The offenses occurred between 2014 and 2015 when the victim was about 15 years old.
She alleges the abuse began when she was nine, and that she was forced to recant an earlier
report to her school counselor at age 11.
The victim became pregnant at 15 and continued to be molested after giving birth.
The accused, now in his early 40s, is on remand and could face up to 15 years in jail.

Why not implement a national requirement that girls under 16 visit a medical doctor annually to check for sexual activity. If any activity is detected then an investigation as to how this could have happened to a child.
