Father Faces Trial for Incestuous Acts with Daughter

In a distressing case, a father accused of engaging in incestuous acts with his own daughter is slated to go to trial on October 3rd.

This critical development occurred earlier this week when the defendant appeared before Justice Ann-Marie Smith.

The defendant, who vehemently denied the charges of incest lodged against him back in March, is facing allegations of having engaged in sexual misconduct with his daughter over a period of several years, commencing when she was merely nine years old and persisting until she reached the age of 15.

These grave accusations also encompass a claim that the young girl became pregnant as a result of this illicit relationship, with the situation coming to light when she sought child support, ultimately leading to legal action.

  2. People like this should be locked away for the rest of their lives, and not just given a mere 3 or 10 years in prison! Because the effects and damage of their actions will forever affect and haunt these young girls into their adult lives and for the rest of their lives! To even consider penetrating your own daughter for a second is nasty and evil! Get him out of here!!!!!

    Inquiring minds wants to know though… was a paternity test done on the child? Is it his? PS– Even if the child is not his, his actions still deserve life in prison!

  3. If true this crime is especially horrific. This has robbed his daughter of her childhood and innocence and will impact her confidence and belief in a herself possibly forever. She will also have trust issues with men and may very well abuse her offspring. It’s a viscous cycle of abuse that has been initiated. That young person is broken and deserves all the help she can get. Hopefully the justice system will be able to assess his guilt or innocence and he can be rehabilitated.

  5. with the questions that I’m faced with from my 5 year Olds how the heck is she going to explain to that child that her father is her grand father, how are you going to tell your child mommy is your sister this man needs to rot in a jail cell.

  7. I swear am watching a Lifetime Flick.
    The penalty for these crimes need to be much more serious. A few years in jail ain’t cutting it. This child have to live with the knowledge that, not only the person who should be her protector, violated her, the violation in itself, she has to carry, give birth and care for her brother/sister, a constant reminder. The ripple effect of this knowledge of father is also your grandfather. He gets off easy and no proper counseling for this young woman. Freaking messed up.

  8. While growing up in this country we heard many stories about sexually abusive fathers. A notorious one , was about this affluent father who was rumored to say- He na raise no heifer for bull and he had to test his daughters first.
