Challenges arising from breakdowns among contracted trucks have been addressed through potential acquisitions and contractor fleet improvements.
Joseph aims for an efficient collection service by year-end with an expanded truck fleet.
Addressing pandemic-related revenue impacts, he assured efforts to resolve outstanding payments are ongoing, reflecting the NSWMA’s commitment to service excellence.

Is this really a story? Garbage should be picked up on scheduled every damn week.At least that is how it works where I am living.Maybe,we are spoilt.
