Embattled police officer Sergeant Karim Warner’s legal troubles will persist as his trial is postponed to June 17. Warner stands accused of firing 12 rounds in a public place.

The incident reportedly began when Warner struggled to repossess a vehicle he had leased.

Using GPS tracking, he located the vehicle in Willikies, where he confronted the occupants—a man and his female companion—who refused to return it.

The confrontation escalated, leading Warner to discharge his weapon, hitting the departing vehicle multiple times.

Initially kept under wraps, Warner was later arrested, charged, and released on station bail.
