Developed by Elms Bridge, led by Brian Dobbin, the project targets international buyers. Dobbin highlighted their approach of developing properties and finding buyers in cities like London, Toronto, and New York, rather than selling on the island.
Despite COVID-19 delays, four of the ten homes are sold, and three others have potential buyers. Dobbin expects the project to be completed in 24-30 months, with an investment of around US$30 million.
The company also plans to explore other developments in Antigua and Barbuda. Sen. Rawdon Turner, the company’s Director of Architecture, announced their recent award for Best Residential Development for the Americas, praising the collaboration with local contractors and suppliers.
He commended the skills of many in the building and supply trade in Antigua and Barbuda.
