Antigua Elite Gymnastics Excels at Magical Classic Competition in Orlando, Florida
Over the weekend, Antigua Elite Gymnastics made waves at the prestigious Magical Classic competition held in Orlando, Florida. Competing among 3,000 athletes from various countries, the team showcased their talent and determination, bringing nine athletes to the competition. Despite being outnumbered, their hard work and dedication paid off as the Level 2 team clinched the 6th place trophy out of 21 teams.
Among the standout performers were Level 2 gymnasts Tali, Orah, Denae, Amelie, and Olivia, who delivered strong routines across all four apparatuses. Their impressive performances contributed to the team’s overall success.
In Level 3, gymnasts Elodie, Valerie, and Dannika took on the challenge, competing against a tough field. Their routines demonstrated precision, strength, and artistic flair, earning them well-deserved recognition at the event.
The team’s hard work resulted in an incredible total of 15 medals, highlighting their exceptional skills and competitive spirit.
“We are incredibly proud of our hard-working athletes,” said Head Coach Alex Schlosser. “Their dedication and passion for the sport truly shone through at the Magical Classic competition.”
Looking ahead, Antigua Elite Gymnastics will now focus on refining their skills in preparation for their highly anticipated yearly showcase at their gymnastics club in Crabbs. This event will feature performances from their 200-membership, promising a spectacular display of gymnastics talent and artistry.
