A 70-year-old man has been denied bail on a charge of indecent assault on a minor.
The senior citizens allegedly committed the offence against a 14 year old girl on August 13, 2018.
Although the man’s lawyer Michael Archibald raised the issue of his client’s health Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel denied bail.
Bail is still possible in the high court.
