REAL NEWS: A drug find valued at almost $50,000 was made during a recent
interdiction operation at the General Post Office.

Reports say that officers attached to the Narcotics Department, along with those who form part of the K-9 Unit, carried out the exercise with the Customs Enforcement Unit, at about 11:15 a.m. on Thursday, September 21, during which an illegal substance was
found.

According to sources, a brown cardboard box that had arrived from the United States of America was checked and eight transparent plastic bags with cannabis were found inside.

The drug reportedly carries an estimated street value of $48,000 and weighs eight pounds.

  1. I keep hearing of these drug finds and then nothing else. Why don’t they wait quietly for someone to clear the package and then arrest that person? Finding the drugs and making a big announcement makes no sense unless brainless people in the Police and Customs are in charge. The rumour is that only the small importers are caught and their stuff impounded to put them.in their place on behalf of the big ones..This modus operandi would seem to indicate this.
