Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal Reschedules COVID Vaccine Mandate Appeal Hearing to May 2 in Antigua

6

The Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal has rescheduled the hearing for the appeal in the COVID-19 vaccine mandate case from February 1 to May 2 in Antigua and Barbuda.

The earlier hearing was postponed due to a judge’s unavailability. Public sector workers affected by the vaccine mandate await this new date.

Previously, the High Court deemed the mandate illegal in response to a case by the PSU, SVGTU, and PWA, mostly ruling in favor of the claimants.

The government appealed, leading to the rescheduled hearing after delays.

The claimants’ lawyer confirmed the May 2 hearing, following concerns expressed about the delay.

The High Court had ordered wage and benefit payments to terminated workers, but this is on hold pending the appeal hearing.

  1. If the government are found guilty, will all of the cabinet Minister’s receive jail sentences?

Furthermore, if there are any fines administered to any of them, they should pay out of their own pockets and not from the public purse, due to the fact of their coercive practices and the majority of critical thinking Antiguans were against the Covid-19 vaccination programmes/mandates.

    NEVER FORGET TEARGAS SUNDAY…

    • Furthermore, the dangers of the AstraZeneca injections 💉 has recently been revealed by a forensic team of medical professionals and practitioners in Australia 🇦🇺

THIS IS A MUST WATCH IF ANYONE HAS TAKEN THE ASTRAZENECA INJECTION.

Dr John Campbell has once again done his due diligence – a man of true honour and integrity!

Watch his remarkable revelations on YouTube, titled:

      ‘Organisms’

AstraZeneca was a Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) and should NEVER have been classified as a vaccine, and according to the medical practitioners who did the research, the worldwide public were not informed that they were given a GMO injection that could travel to major organs in the body and cause serious harm. Frightening!

  2. It’s good to see ordinary people challenging those ill-advised mandates. Where was the Teachers Union here in Antigua or any Union here for that matter? MIA. Their members were left to fend for themselves.
