Sean Wynter Slapped with $41,000 Fine for Illegal Possession of Firearms, Ammunition, and Marijuana

Sean Wynter from East Bus Station was fined $41,000 for possessing firearms, ammunition, and marijuana. He and Carley Stevens were jointly charged with possessing a black Beretta PX4 Storm 9mm Pistol, 13 rounds of 9mm ammunition, and 615 grams of Cannabis for transfer and supply.

These items were found at East Bus Station. Wynter admitted guilt and received fines of $18,000 for cannabis possession, $13,000 for ammunition possession, and $10,000 for firearm possession.

He was reprimanded for possession with intent. $12,000 found at Wynter’s residence was seized pending forfeiture procedures. Stevens, who pleaded not guilty, was released as the prosecution offered no evidence against him.

  1. Illegal Firearms fines need to be higher. double up on it, minimum 25K for firearm and another 25k for ammunition. Paid within days, no bail etc because they will rob people to pay those fines.
