       At least there are still principled men in the UPP: Gaston tried to buy Shuggy the same way with senatorship and money – he tried to buy Anthony Smith the same way, BUT THEY ARE NOT FOR SALE. Gaston can therefore have all the UNPRINCIPLED in Antigua in his party.

     • Ahhhhh, but what you don’t realise @ JP (or maybe you do …) is that Antigua & Barbuda requires strong and vibrant opposition parties, so that the citizens have a well run democracy and not a destabilising dictatorship.

   • Think about it @ Watching, Gaston Browne has worked out this devilish plan to remove Samantha Marshall, and replaced her with Dwayne George, not because he wanted to enhance the prospects or prosperity of the constituents of St Mary’s South, but to defy them of the rightfully elected Kelvin Shugy Simon (who only wanted to put in place what he had promised them prior to the run-up of the last General Election).

     You and I – as well as many other critical thinking Antiguans – can see what this awful Prime Minister was going to do before he even does it, but why can’t others?
