Need more stats as to how deadly this actually is and whether the deaths are more related to lifestyle issues in the currently affected regions. Taking care of the immune system via healthy foods and adequate rest along with proper sanitation can prevent many problems. Hopefully African countries and all other countries including ours can improve in those areas. Stop planting useless bioengineered monocrops for profit but instead plant a variety of healthy produce for a well balanced diet. At this point in history we all know what nutrients, antioxidants etc. we need for good health. Every country should be working to ensure that a varied healthy diet is readily accessible and affordable for everyone in the country. Also, there is enough knowledge and technology in the world to produce 24/7 clean water for all people everywhere. What we need is an immediate vaccination campaign in all our Primary schools to protect the youth against this terrible infliction of Mpox plaguing the world. Once they are done we can move on to vaccinate the poorest neighbourhoods and pause to see if there are any ill effects. If proven to be safe then they should continue to vaccinate the entire population of Antigua and Barbuda without further delay.
