The media community in Dominica and Discover Dominica Authority employees are mourning Elias Dupuis’ tragic drowning at Titou Gorge today.
He was enjoying the lake with his wife, Lily, and loved ones. Dupuis, highly respected in Dominica, worked with the Electoral Commission and Discover Dominica Authority.
He was also a skilled photographer and co-owner of 365 Group Inc. Condolences to his family and friends.
