Phillip and partner Kyla Martin were arrested for possessing 759g of weed and 34g of hashish, with Martin also charged for selling alcohol without a license.

Despite Phillip admitting guilt to drug possession, he denied intent to sell, receiving a $22,770 fine with a three-month payment window.

Martin, convicted for unlicensed liquor sales, was reprimanded and discharged, avoiding further consequences.

  1. Lately I’ve been seeing some big charges for offences in the news, I wish the civil servants that the Government owe could charge them interest on late payments

  2. How can u say 6gram is legal an the rest a drugs a so antigua people them fu habit they are fools they tell u fu plant 4 trees an it’s ok but remember the 4 trees can produce more than 4 pound so u tell me if it make sense to lock a man up for this shit

  3. A rastaman found with marijuana is charged in excess of $22K. Men found with gun and ammunition charged under $5K. So having marijuana is more dangerous than having a gun? How many people did marijuana kill in the previous years for it to be so dangerous?
