Jermaine Nicholas Charged With Murder

St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, Friday, March 27, 2026

The police have formally arrested and charged 24-year-old Jermaine Nicholas of Ovals, All Saints in connection with the murder of 29-year-old Jahmarie Pierre of Mc Pond, All Saints.
The offence occurred on Wednesday, March 25, in the vicinity of the All Saints traffic lights.

It is alleged that shortly after 5:00 p.m., the deceased was involved in an altercation with another male during which he sustained a stab wound. He was subsequently transported to the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre, where he was later pronounced dead.
The accused was arrested and taken into police custody shortly after the incident and has since been formally charged.

Nicholas is expected to make his first appearance before the court sometime next week.

Meanwhile, the Police Administration wishes to thank the general public for their continued support and assistance in this and other matters. The police also take this opportunity to appeal to young adults to refrain from violent conduct and to resolve differences in a peaceful and lawful manner.

  1. Nobody wants to resolve nutten peaceful these days not in this Antigua yah. Everybody think dem a bad man now, that’s how l far our morals have deteriorated. Really feel sorry for the younger ones all their care about is the easy life and handouts

  2. And they unintentionally get into serious crime because they have these scissors and knife on them to cut up marijuana.

  3. If these young men start reading their Bible and have good understanding their will definitely be a change in how they go about situation that can be avoided

  4. Look sooo old for a guy who is just 24 years of age! He look about ten years older than his actual age! I guess it’s the evils, wicked and demonic lifestyle which have gotten the better of him.

  5. GOOD JOB to the persons responsible for his capture. Can’t say kudos to the police because more than likely he turned himself in or someone did. NOW LET’S FIND THE REST!!!

  6. its time to address these matters at the core. clearly a curse is on the land. dont think its strange that these things are happening back to back to back. People say oh check the other countries the same thing is happening. OK so we can conclude the whole world is being influenced by the dark one. we need to be

  7. A 24 year old man loosing his freedom and reputation over a matter that could have ended differently.

  8. Are these young men in Antigua and Barbuda living for Satan? Or are they children of some generational curse? If I see that face at night, I would run for my life. Who are the parents of these demonic young men? How can society help these young men? Imprisoning them is not going to help them. Some of them are already far gone. Some people claim that the smoking of marijuana caused these young men to be so evil. That I don’t believe because there are people out there who smoke too and are good upright in society. There is a root cause for this type of evil, demonic behaviour—it’s either generational curses or someone in their families has sold them to the devil for some favour.

You are quite fortunate your comment was carried by ANR, when you mention the name Satan, when I mention Satan in my comments they are never carried, because in their mind the determine who I am referring to. Guilty conscience needs no accusers
