  1. Regarding Covid protocols at Friars Hill, I have observed on various occasions the physical items are in place (temp check, sanitizer, perspex screens) however staff practicing of masking over nose and mouth is very erratic, staff sanitizing card machine & their hands between transactions is rare and staff do regularly huddle ignoring 3′ minimum spacing between themselves.

I’m sure they are not the only staff who have relaxed, not the only business or resort who’s managers either don’t notice or choose to say nothing.

Surely a health emergency that has published national protocols & procedures should be practiced consistently by all, and therefore it is management responsibility to ensure consistent adherence, as per their job description ‘ to fairly manage team members to meet standards of health & safety’.

Delta is not going anywhere soon, Lambda is already in Florida, Beta is still in Europe… We have to learn to live with Covid…and that will only work if we all take our responsibility seriously.
PLEASE mask, distance, sanitize, eat plenty fruit & veg… and really consider getting vaccinated.
