Digicel apologises after “billing error”



Digicel would like to advise our LTE Home Internet customers that an error in Digicel’s billing platform has resulted in incorrect charges being posted to their accounts.  The source of the error has been identified and the necessary credits, valued between $3.11 and $5.85 and are currently being applied to all customer accounts.

Customers visiting all Digicel locations can make enquires with the customer care team, should they require additional information.

Digicel would like to sincerely apologise to our customers and thank them for their understanding with regards to this unfortunate occurrence .

  1. Right now me just want send digicel a message and tell them go suck them mother. Get a reply and celebrate.
    Worst …phone company with plenty issues and bad service.

  2. What I need is a refund for alll the monies stolen from me as a result of u allowing ur system to illegally go into monies I have on my phone without my permission when I have a current plan. If the data that the plan allows runs out before the allotted time expires why does ur system go into credit u have on ur phone without notifying u?.. that’s jus wrong and downright tief.. y’all need to stop.. and there is no recourse!!!

  3. Digital does not care about its customers . Since the 28th October I received no home internet service until 15th Novemeber then they will be looking for me to pay $200 on the 22d Novemeber for mediocre service . Consumers need protection .
