Nonsense. Just another way to pull money out of poor people pockets. Even if it’s free now just give it a couple of years. Just another road to dictatorship. Just another hindrance to development. How many persons want so much trouble just to undertake a simple project. Go here go there do this do that. Make it make sense. You can’t. It will never make sense. God give you this green earth free and man charge you to buy it, tax you if you own it and charge you to develop it. How does it make sense?

The house slaves gate-keeping to the benefit of their masters while the rest of us field slaves just have to work and pay for everyone else. When the payback comes it’s going to be violent and ugly. And alp ,ablp, uoo and aclm will have no one to blame but themselves. They have exploited this dynamic to enrich themselves and their families at all of our expenses. These laws has always been in place from the day dca was established. Most ppl don’t take the time to understand that instead of complaining check it out its call physical planning act. That’s what the rich has over us they take the time to find the legal way of doing things.
