In a search conducted this morning in the English Harbour area, there was no luck in locating missing elderly man Steadman Christian.
Family members remain hopeful that a second search, planned for the coming days, will bring better results.
Steadman Christian, in his 60’s, was last seen on Thursday, August 3rd, and family members find his disappearance mysterious, as he always returns home.
The police brought out dogs to assist in the search but to no avail.
Additionally, a 13-year-old girl reportedly vanished after leaving her parents’ home, and efforts to find her continue.
Authorities urge anyone with information to come forward and assist in locating both individuals.

I am commenting on the 13 year old child- With all that has done down in the recent past and the disappearance of young girls. I cannot understand why is a 13 year old is allowed to leave her home and that of her family members alone at that time of the night. For those of us over fifth year, when crimes were less prevalent, do you remember that you following back and forth síndrome. You followed your friend home she followed you back and then she and her brother or sister followed you back again. I hope she is safe and that parents and guardians will be more vigilant.

I don’t remember the article saying what time of day or night the girl left her home. So how did you obtained that information. That’s quite concerning!
Concern- After I read your comment, I went back and searched and saw where I got the timeline from. So please google observer newspaper August 6 and you will see the time “ 8pm “ in the article. I am not upset with you since I too play detective.
