  1. It’s great to finally see the results after such a long wait, even though the process started late. Looking at the West Zone, it’s interesting to note that the same three people have won in the same category and positions as last year. However, I can’t help but feel that something went wrong in the judging.

The lady with the “Buckley line” had far more creativity in her decorations—her property, house, and yard were full of unique, handmade items. Every single piece was crafted with care and creativity, and none of it was simply store-bought and placed there. This level of originality cannot be compared to other participants who merely purchased decorations and arranged them.

The main criteria for the Christmas lighting competition were supposed to be creativity, and that is where she should have earned the most points. Yet, I suspect something went amiss, and perhaps points were unfairly swapped. It feels unjust.

We visited her yard and saw all the beautiful creations she put together. Trust me, nobody in that zone could rival her work. Her home, located close to KFC, stood out with its handmade, intricate, and stunning designs. Even now, we still pass by and admire how beautiful and creative her decorations are—they’re still up, and they remain a testament to her talent and effort.
