The two remaining cases against D Gisele Isaac, the former Executive Secretary of the Board of Education have been dismissed.
Today in the High Court Mr Justice Stanley John gave his ruling on an application made by Dane Hamilton QC. late last year.
In his application Hamilton had masked the Court to grant a stay of proceedings against D Gisele Isaac for abuse of process due to political interference.
The Judge granted the Order for a permanent stay, which means that the remaining two indictments have been dismissed.
In October last year, the first of the three indictments was thrown out when the Court ruled that she had no case to answer.
All three indictments have now been dismissed.
UPP political leader Harold Lovell said it has been a long road to freedom but justice always prevails.

The above really is a spiteful comment. Harold Lovell may have been, according to you, “kicked to the curb” but on the plus side for him, he is a highly (GENUINELY…get the meaning?) educated barrister of law who has no need to lie about his/their degrees, huh?
Nobody suggested he lied about anything and nobody implied anything about his degree(s) Glad he has an education to fall back on now that he’s been kicked out from Parliament by his constituents. He needs to make a living. Why are you so touchy? I simply pointed out his constituents kicked him to the curb more than once. That’s a fact. Good luck to the fella.
,as if only you know and MUST tell the rest of us. What really has Lovell done to comrades like you? You should not be so bitter that UPP is turning out to be a much better govt than ABLP, and Lovell now seems so much more of a stateman than the incumbent. It appears that comrades method of propping up Gaston is to constantly push Lovell down.
The reality is that Lovell has many good and decent ways about him, however, since he holds no office and has been rejected by his constituents, he is simply not relevant. He is yesterdays man. I never voted for ABLP in my life. I’m just stating the obvious. I wish him success as a lawyer, but politically he’s from another time. His former constituents have made that clear in the ballot box.
If a man made system says someone is innocent or guilty it does not mean they never did or did the crime.

@to point, punished for what? Even your beloved think it was overzealousness on the part of two ministers. I would add political victimization. It was clear to me that this would be the outcome. If the case dragged on it would be just a case of wasting the courts time. This was a case of conspiracy and result8ng corruption. Since one party had already been found not guilty, NO EVIDENCE OF WRONGDOING, it stood to reason that one person cannot conspire hence the case falls apart.
Its a pity she cant sue them peraonally. Eapecially the idiot who said he was going to use the govt to bankrupt those he have an issue with.
Does “dismissed” mean “not guilty”? Not necessarily.
Does it really matter what “dismissed” means? It does means that the evidence presented was weak. It means valuable time and resources have been wasted by a country that can’t afford it.
The case was not dismissed for lack of evidence,its posted in all media houses,go back and read again ,and try to comprehend .
