The ideal candidate must be ethical, diligent, dependable, attentive to detail, driven to perform, trustworthy, team-oriented and organized, having professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide front line support selling products and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction with products and services
- Handles phone calls, emails, inputs transactions in system
- Careful preparation and filing of documents and reports
- Processes payments, handles collections and cash
- Able to lift and pack goods, supplies etc.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
